Nicholas Levenstein - PhotoPrior to his career in finance, Nicholas Levenstein was a management consultant, working with AT Kearney and eventually with his own practice.  His clients included Hambrecht and Quist (purchased by JP Morgan Chase), Charles Schwab and Company and Fleet Boston Robertson Stephens, as well as a few non-financial corporate clients such as Salton, Inc.  In 1996 Mr. Levenstein arranged a buyout of Columbus, OH based Resume-Link, which was sold three years later to the Tribune Company yielding a 96% IRR for investors.  He served as a board member and president from 1996 to 1997.

From 2002 through 2007 as President of Mongoose Capital, Inc., a real estate and, primarily, auto finance company, Mr. Levenstein oversaw development of computer systems, personnel and procedures.  He also arranged a $15,000,000 secured credit line for an affiliated special purpose entity that loaned to "buy here - pay here" dealers.  GAAP Audited financial statements for the special purpose entity are available for 2003 through 2006.  In 2007 the assets of the special purpose entity were merged with an affiliated entity.

Mr. Levenstein has a BA (cum laude) from Yale University and an MBA from UCLA.  He is interested in Piano, French horn, Flying, Yoga, Boxing/Martial Arts and languages.
