Levenstein, Vaceva & Company exists to produce income for its institutional clients and limited partners.
The managers of LVC previously ran an automotive finance company. Our new venture, Mongoose Income Fund ("MIF") will buy consumer obligations rather than lend to businesses with consumer obligations serving as collateral. MIF will be structured as a hedge fund to offer qualified or foreign investors a way to become limited partners ("LP") in our business and also withdraw capital upon reasonable notice. Our pro-forma model yields 25% annually to LPs, which the LP can reinvest or withdraw on a monthly basis.
